My Journey with a New Team

When I took over a team as Scrum Master a few months ago I was very unhappy. We were a big feature factory and only worked through one ticket after the other. The first step was to set proper Sprint Goals. But that alone was not enough, our Daily Scrums were still very mechanical and the Sprint Goal was hardly discussed. So we had to change the format and content of the Daily Scrum events.
