Many authors who focus on management consulting, business development, and agile transformation are writing about BANI right now. The acronym BANI stands for
- Brittle
- Anxious
- Nonlinear
- Incomprehensible
and, according to the authors, is the logical consequence of our VUCA world. But is that the case? Is BANI the successor of VUCA or are some authors mistaken?
